Over the summer I was lucky enough to photograph these two guys, who's passion for creating delicious sorbet and gelato, is as genuine and wholesome as their ingredients and methodologies in the kitchen. Tim and Paul both bring their own refined culinary knowledge to the table to whip-up flavors that are almost tediously accurate: One spoon full of Mint Lemonade Iced Tea sorbet requires your full attention as each individual flavor arrives separately, and perfectly, and then combines, and melts away in your mouth. Don't get too attached though, the flavors tend to change every week depending on whats growing in Tim's garden, or trending at City Market, or perhaps just how the planets are aligning. PS: Don't be shy, they love when people come by to chat, and will bombard you with free samples of the week's flavors.
